New Beginnings Aren’t Just For School Kids

With the start, this week, of the new academic year at many area schools, a feeling of “new beginnings” is in the air, isn’t it? It’s an exciting time — full of potential. What goals will be met in the next months? What hurdles will be overcome? What achievements will be made? Anything is possible!

That “new beginning” feeling doesn’t have to belong solely to kids returning to school.

What about you? What goals would you like to make progress on? What would you like to learn, given the chance?

What would YOU like to achieve this academic year?

If your answer has something to do with building computer skills, you might want to consider attending our workshops!

MAD4YU, in conjunction with community partner DebuggingOut, is now hosting ongoing computer literacy workshops. Held at our Highland Springs location (200 E. Nine Mile Road; Unit B Highland Springs, VA 23075), workshop sessions will take place the second Sunday of every month from 4-6pm.

All ages and skill levels are welcome! And, as always, our workshops are FREE.

Our next session will be Sunday, September 10. So, fill out the interest form (accessed via the flyer below) and plan to come out and join us!

Don’t let the back-to-school kids have all the excitement this time of year. 🙂 Let’s build some new skills together!
