胃腸道基質(zhì)腫瘤(Gastrointestinal stromal tumor，簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)GIST)是一種腸道壁基質(zhì)細(xì)胞病變，源由于身體的一個(gè)名為C-Kit(CD117)的基因出現(xiàn)突變，引致腸道壁的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)細(xì)胞演變成為腫瘤細(xì)胞。GIST的影響范圍不限定于腸道，而可以遍及食道、胃、小腸、大腸及直腸；而隨著GIST在消化道的不同部位發(fā)生，病者亦會(huì)出現(xiàn)不同的病征[1]。
